Our
company

SAEMI has been active since 1986 in the area of care assistance and has been offering its services to the operations centres that are tied to insurance companies. Lately, our company, which is a leader in this field, has made many real changes and given special attention to the IT field. Indeed, thanks to the creation of infrastructure based on well-established technology, it has been possible to design a web application which may be used by our customers enabling them to drastically reduce time spent in communicating with us on our services.

Operational office

It allows the communication with concerned customers/policyholders,
by scheduling the date and hour of the intrevention,
thanks to the Operations centre which is active seven days a week,
24 hours a day,  offering a step by step support.

Technical office

  • To make appropriate offers and quotations based on reports produced from visits
  • To plan requested interventions by using schemes, drafts, bills of materials
  • To plan coordination between various craftsmen and establish the lead time needed
  • To undertake verifications to check planned and effectively performed activities
  • To provide technical advice and feasibility studies of any kind, and to support the operational office for technical assistance tasks
  • To assess the extent of the damage, to choose the right operator for the selected service, in accordance with the insurance policy, to provide expert statements on incidents, by verifying the causation of the damage and to ensure the integrity of quotations provided by craftsmen.

Sales office

  • To charge established rates on every intervention that has been carried out
  • To issue guarantee certificates and declarations of conformity according to the applicable laws
  • To issue invoices, as this office acts as a single, centralized unit
  • To collect payments later than the completion date, provided that the customer/policyholder has issued a certificate of commitment and release form, to pay off the work done by assigned craftsmen.

IT office

The IT office works in support of management to
create innovative services and solutions, with the
aim of meeting customers and suppliers’ needs.
It offers the more appropriate solutions which,
thanks also to the use of current web technologies,
allow scalability and autonomy from the hardware
platform in use. This means that these solutions also
enable services which can be used both on desktop and mobile devices.

This office handles and resolves complaints
and problems of any kind, on behalf of the customer/policyholder
in accordance with times and procedures set out.
The office may also appeal to local experts, whenever
demanded for the resolution of a dispute.
